Kofoworola Omowale | Analyst
Kofoworola “Kofo” Omowale is a transactions analyst with experience in fund structuring, capital mobilisation, and investment vehicle operations, particularly in private equity, venture capital, and blended finance.
Kofo has supported the design and operationalisation of catalytic and gender-lens investment initiatives, providing technical assistance and capacity-building to fund managers across Africa. She provided technical support to fund managers in the Moremi Accelerator Program on capacity building, fund setup, investment readiness, and impact measurement.
Prior to joining Solt Advisory, Kofo interned at Kuramo Capital, Future Africa Fund, and the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), gaining hands-on experience across private equity, venture capital, and capital markets.
