Moji brings nearly two decades of experience advising investment managers and high growth businesses across North America, Europe, and Africa on private fund formation, fund structuring, transaction advisory, regulatory compliance, and ESG and impact strategy.

In the ESG and impact space, Moji collaborates with development finance institutions to drive ESG and impact initiatives, guiding investment managers in designing environmental and social management systems, developing impact measurement frameworks, and embedding ESG considerations into the investment process.
